Rotating discs spin the liquid into droplets of a size you choose, from 60 to 1,000 microns, instead of forcing it through pressure nozzles. Fine for coverage, coarse for drift control, and less product and water per acre.

Rule of thumb: if most of your work is large arable fields with short spray windows, the L50's extra 20 liters means fewer refills and more acres per hour. Running smaller, fragmented fields or want the spreader in the box? The L30 kit.

What do I need to spray legally in the US?
Agricultural spraying by drone is a Part 137 operation. You'll need a Part 107 remote pilot certificate, a Part 137 agricultural aircraft operator certificate, and, because the L50 is well over 55 lb, a 44807 exemption. State pesticide applicator licensing applies too. We help operators through the paperwork.
L50 or L30?
The L50 carries 50 L and covers up to 24 ha/h, built for 300+ ha operations and short spray windows. The L30 carries 30 L, is lighter and easier to move, and its kit includes the 50 L spreader and four batteries. Tell us your acreage and crops and we'll recommend one.
Is the spreader included?
No. The L50 is compatible with ABZ's 70 L seeder and spreader, sold separately. This kit is the drone, two L50 Smart Batteries and the Smart Charger 6000.
How many acres per battery, and are two batteries enough?
Up to about 4.1 ha (β10 ac) and 15 to 20 minutes of active spraying per battery, depending on rate, speed and terrain. A battery recharges in about 20 to 25 minutes, so two batteries alternate with short pauses; most full-day operators add one or two more.
Does my data leave the farm?
No. The L50 doesn't transmit flight or field data to remote servers. It stays on your equipment.
