We are looking for a self‐motivated individual to join our team as a Service Technician Assistant while continuing to flourish and expand within the company. We offer sales, service and support as well as training for our clients and are looking for someone that can stand out on our service team and provide the best experience for our clientele. Having a background in the drone industry is not a requirement. If you are curious about drones, this is a great place to start.
This position is the entry way to becoming a full time technician. If you have interest in repairing and flying drones on a daily basis consider this position as a starting point for your Drone career. You will become knowledgeable in a vast world of drone service, repair and after sales. After your evaluation period ends you will be eligible to become a licensed drone pilot with all training and testing expenses paid. All training is on the job, no experience required.
Your daily responsibility would be to assist customers via email and telephone by providing status and updates on their repair. You would assist repair technicians in servicing and diagnosing aircraft. You will repair and perform tasks as required by the needs of the service center. You will be given extensive training in each of these areas.
Drone Nerds is the largest independent distributor of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) in the North America. The company is rapidly growing (20%+ per year) and deepening its team with a strong focus on building out its service team. The Service Technician Assistant position will report directly to the Service Manager and encompasses a work week of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

- Can work collaboratively with a team or independently, as needed
Nice to have

We offer sales, service and support as well as training for our clients and are looking for someone that can stand out on Retail Sales team and provide the best experience for our clientele and have some background in the drone industry.
Drone Nerds is the largest independent distributor of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) in the North America. The company is rapidly growing (20%+ per year) and deepening its team with a strong focus on building out its service team.
Your daily responsibility would be to assist and manage large accounts, assist customers in the showroom, open and close the retail showroom, learn about the products as well as assist in sales and service., manage opening and closing of retail stores and staff shift scheduling. This position reports directly to the Retail Sales Manager and requires a flexible work schedule with the availability to work 5 days a week, which will include weekends.
