ABZ C30 500 bar at 120 meters. No scaffolding.
An industrial water-jetting drone built for the hardest cleaning work at height. Paired with dedicated ground equipment, C30 delivers up to 500 bar (7,250 psi) and 30 L (7.9 gal) per minute to surfaces as high as 120 m (394 ft): bridges, steel frameworks, tanks, silos, wind turbine blades and industrial facades. Radar keeps the cleaning distance constant. Your crew stays on the ground.
Pressure breaks it loose.
Flow carries it away.
Pressure alone doesn't clean an industrial surface. 500 bar cracks bonded deposits, coatings and rust off the substrate; 30 liters a minute flushes them away immediately. ABZ rates the combination at up to four times the cleaning performance, and only a heavy-lift platform can carry it.

Gone in under a day.
Before launch, ABZ put C30 to work at an active industrial site in Visonta, Hungary, on a facade carrying an estimated 30 years of bonded carbon. A scaffolding contractor had quoted roughly a week of site time.

Not a camera drone
with a hose attached.
C30 was designed from the start as an industrial cleaning machine: no tank on board, water fed from the ground, and everything sealed against the spray it creates.

-
Radar
Automatic distance control
Millimeter-precise surface tracking holds a constant cleaning distance for consistent results.
-
Lance
Extended spray lance
Keeps the rotors further from the work surface. Included, with an adjustable nozzle.
-
Hose
Tethered water supply
A flexible, extra-light hose feeds water from the ground, so there's no heavy tank to lift.
-
Sealed
Industrial-grade protection
Airframe sealed against water spray, high humidity, detergents and disinfectants.
-
Stable
Advanced flight control
Stays steady in challenging conditions to minimize downtime.
Two setups,
matched to the job.
C30 works with specially adapted high-performance ground equipment. Pick the flow your surfaces need, then match pump settings and nozzles to each job.

When C30
pays for itself.
The jobs that used to mean scaffolding, cranes or people on ropes next to a high-pressure jet.
The surfaces
- Steel frameworks and bridges rust, paint, corrosion
- Wind turbine rotors and blades deposits that cause vibration
- Tanks, pipes and vessels de-scaling
- Industrial halls, logistics centers, silos
- Heavy machinery, concrete and formwork
- Solar farms low-pressure, high-volume rinse
The situation
- Scaffolding is cost-prohibitive
- High-risk areas are unsafe for manual labor
- You need to deploy fast in the air in minutes
- Stubborn dirt, algae or grime won't come off
- Heavy machinery can't reach the site
- Maintenance has to stay cost-efficient
The ground system
does the heavy lifting.
C30 delivers whatever the ground unit produces. ABZ recommends five compatible washers, from compact electric to off-grid diesel. We'll match one to your sites and power.

Rule of thumb: three-phase power on site and big surfaces? Wheel Jet 30 E for the full 30 L/min. Remote sites with no grid? Wheel Jet 18 P or Trail Jet 30. Not sure? Tell us about your sites and we'll spec it.
The right nozzle
for every surface.
Interchangeable nozzles tune the pressure-to-flow balance to the job, and only the wear-prone tip needs replacing. Each is sized internally to your ground unit's flow and pressure.
- Fast coverage
Flat spray
Wide pattern for light to moderate contamination and large-area rinsing.
- Long range
Solid stream, 0°
Concentrated jet that holds its impact force from a safe distance.
- Up to 600 bar
Single-point rotating
Full metal housing for extreme pressure and water up to 100 °C (212 °F).
- Large layers
4-point rotor head
Four jets form a continuous water film for paint and coating removal over big areas.
C30 or C10?
Two cleaning drones in ABZ's C-Series. C10 is the precision tool for everyday facility maintenance; C30 takes over where the work gets heavy.

Questions we get
about the C30.
Straight answers from the team that configures and supports these systems.
Does the drone carry the water?
No. C30 is fed from a ground-based high-pressure washer through a flexible, extra-light hose. The ground unit produces the pressure and flow; the drone puts it where it's needed, up to 120 m high.
Which ground unit do I need?
It depends on your surfaces and power on site. For the full 500 bar at 30 L/min, ABZ's primary recommendation is the Wheel Jet 30 E, which needs 400 V three-phase power. Petrol and diesel units cover sites with no grid. We'll spec the right unit with you.
What do I need to fly it legally in the US?
A Part 107 remote pilot certificate, and because C30 weighs about 95 lb, a 44807 exemption for aircraft over 55 lb. We help operators through the paperwork.
Do I need detergents?
Rarely. At 500 bar and 30 L/min most surfaces are cleaned by force alone. For oil, fuel or grease, run hot water at 70–80 °C (158–176 °F).
Can it clean solar panels?
Yes, gently. Nozzle and pump settings drop pressure to a minimum while keeping the full 30 L/min flow for a chemical-free, high-volume rinse.
How fast does it clean?
On large facades and silo walls, radar-guided automated cleaning covers 4–10 m² (43–108 ft²) per minute, depending on the surface and weather.
