Questions we get
about the Pocket 3.

From the team that sells and services more DJI than anyone in South Florida.

Standard or Creator Combo?

Same camera. The Creator Combo adds a DJI Mic 2 transmitter, the Battery Handle, Wide-Angle Lens, Mini Tripod and Carrying Bag. If you mostly shoot B-roll or already own a Mic 2, Standard is all you need. If you'll talk on camera, Creator is the cheaper way to get the mic and handle.

Do I need a receiver for the Mic 2?

No. Pocket 3 has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built in and pairs directly with up to two DJI Mic 2 transmitters. The original DJI Mic (first generation) is different: it needs its receiver plugged into the Pocket 3.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 166 minutes at 1080p/24 or 116 minutes at 4K/60. The optional Battery Handle adds about 103 minutes. It charges to 80% in 16 minutes on a 65W PD charger.

Do I need a memory card?

Yes. Pocket 3 has no internal storage and records to microSD. Get a fast card; 4K/120 and 10-bit footage write a lot of data.

Can I livestream or use it as a webcam?

Yes. It livestreams to RTMP platforms and works as a USB webcam for calls, with the gimbal and tracking still active. Built-in timecode helps sync multi-camera shoots.

Is it waterproof? Do Pocket 2 accessories fit?

No to both. Pocket 3 is not waterproof, and Pocket 2 accessories are not compatible.
