Will it work with my iPhone?
USB-C iPhones and Android phones connect with the included Type-C adapter. Lightning iPhones need the DJI Mic Mini Phone Adapter (Lightning), sold separately. You can also connect a transmitter straight to your phone over Bluetooth for compatible third-party apps.
Does it record internally?
No. Mic Mini sends audio to the receiver, an Osmo camera or your phone; it doesn't record to the transmitter. Use the safety track for a backup level in the DJI Mimo app.
Do I need the receiver with my Osmo camera?
No. Transmitters connect directly to Osmo Action 4 (one transmitter), and Osmo Pocket 3 and Osmo Action 5 Pro (up to two). Transmitter runtime is about 7 to 8 hours when connected directly.
How far can I be from the camera?
Up to 400 meters in an open area free of interference. Range drops with walls, crowds and wireless congestion.
Will wind ruin my audio outdoors?
Use the included windscreens with noise cancelling on. DJI's two-level noise cancelling is built for windy and noisy places like streets and events.
